L1: 1099R coded 1I started, with your help, my 72t on July 2010. Doing my first tax return. Vanguard’s 1099Rcodes box 7 with a 1 instead of a 2 (which has been discussed in the past). Using Turbo Tax, I could not find form 5329 to change code. Turbo Tax led me to form 4852 to do the code 2 correction and and detailed explanation. Does anyone know if this is correct and acceptable?
