interest rate

L1: interest rateIf my first distibution is at the end of july canI use the rate for July if it is higher than May or June.2010-01-07 22:21, By: buzzles, IP: [72.226.122.31]
L2: interest rateNo, the rate must be for either of the two prior months, not the current month. If you want to use the July rate, make sure the first distribution is delayed to August. It is also best to avoid “end of the month” distributions. The distribution date determines the first month, not the received date. So if you receive acheck distributed on 7/30 in August you could easily become confused and think that August was the inception month for your plan when you have a minimum requirement of 6 months worth of distributions for that year.2010-01-07 23:44, By: Alan S., IP: [24.116.165.60]
