Frequency of Dispursements

L1: Frequency of DispursementsJust trying to make sure I understand….using the amorotization method calculated annually (no annual recalculation), I”m planning on taking the first dispursement in June 2007 that would be the annual amount of $28,000. I”d like to then take the same amount of $28,000 in January 2008, and every January thereafter. That would not be considered as having modified the plan, would it???As an extension of that, suppose after a year or so I want to alter dispursements to quarterly or monthly. If I simple divide the $28,000 by 4 or 12 respectively, so that the annual dispurstments equal the original $28,000, that also would not be considered a modification. Is that right???Thanks so much!2007-01-21 16:41, By: Hitch, IP: [65.73.105.43]
L2: Frequency of DispursementsHello Hitch:

All SEPP plans are calendar year based and the number and frequency of intra-year distributions are ignored; therefore. as long as your total amount distributed is $28,000 per year, you will be fine.
