L1: Annual RecalculationI just read The Badger’s message about recalculation. One more question about this. Is the 1st year based on a 12 month period or is it based on a calendar year. A 72(t) distribution year is always the tax year of the taxpayer; which in this case is always the calendar year. Therefore, your first plan year was 15 days long.
