Problem

L1: ProblemGFW,
When I post using Google Chrome with my Windows 7, and XP machines and press save it stays in that screen. If I press save multiple times it makes multiple posts without moving forward. I know you’re recovering, but thought you should know.

L2: ProblemThanks.
Unfortunately, I really don’t know as I use Chrome as my primary browser, but I have aso used with IE10 and FireFox without any issues.

L4: ProblemGFW,
I was wrong, it works from my XP machine. The problem is with my Windows 7 Netbook, and Chrome is the latest version. Please delete this post.2013-01-09 17:32, By: Scott, IP: [71.142.134.49]

L5: ProblemI have been having the same problem using XP. After hitting Save, the lower left shows “error on page” for perhaps 30 seconds or so. When that changes to “done” the post has been made. Hitting save again before “done” appears results in multiple posts.
Will use this as a test to see if this is still occurring.2013-01-10 16:54, By: Alan S, IP: [24.116.67.233]

L6: ProblemFor the record…
We don’t support windows XP and have no plans to make any changes to support XP.
XP is now almost 11 years old – in technology terms, that about 10 life times.
Please… No test posts. A test post, like all posts goes to hundreds of people that are signed up. I maintain the website and we support modern browsers and modern operating systems. If windows XP has issues, they won’t go away. It already takes enough of my time – if it starts to take a lot of my time, the site may just disappear.
Yesterday was a good example, someone made a post about issues with a calculator – also running XP – I was on my way out for the day so I merely disabled the entire website until late yesterday afternoon.
If you have issues – use the Contact Us – that is what it is there for. Don’t post website issues to the forum. The forum is for SEPP issues, not problems with windows XP.
