L1: Any updates on PLR?Hi Badger,
Have you heard anything regarding the PLRs you filed for clients regarding using higher interest rates or annually recalculating withdrawals based on updated account values? If not, when do you expect to hear? I’m guessing your clients would like responses in plenty of time to make decisions before yearend. Thank you. I read every question and response on this site and really appreciate you and GFW sharing your words of wisdom. You guys are helping alot of people. L2: Any updates on PLR?Hello Garry:
No news so far. The PLRs are traveling on different time lines (slow & slower; however, the IRS thinks they move at lightning speed). One of the PLRs should be resolved somewhere in the 1st two weeks of November, but that is just a guess on my part.
Rest ***ured, when resolved, I will post a summary or a copy of the redacted PLR itself.
