L1: change to SeppClient started sepp in 1/99 of $6,400 per month (he used the annuitization method). He turns 59 1/2 in mid 2003.Ifhe switchesmethods in 1/03 and the w/d amount works out $30,000,can he take the entire distribtuionin January? Can he withdraw $5,000 per month for six months? (he has other sources of income after he turns 59 1/2).

L2: change to SeppYou don’t state in your message, but I’m going to assume that the five year rule has already been met before age 59 1/2. If 30,000 is the annual amount, he should be able to take it any way he wants. 2002-10-27 04:12, By: Gfw, IP: [127.0.0.1]
