one time change of 72t withdrawal

L1: one time change of 72t withdrawalIn 2001 I took a 72T withdrawal using the Annuitized Over Life Expectancy. I would like to change to the Minimum Distribution method. I believe rul. 2002-62 $ 2.03(b) allows this. I have not taken any distribution this year as of today. Do I use the !/1/2004 total in my IRA for the calculation and is it recalculated each year with the new total in the IRA or do you use the Annual payments that are show on the print out.

L2: one time change of 72t withdrawalYou would use the balance as of the previous 12/31 – for 2004, the balance as of 12/31/2003.
Each year, there is a recalculation based on your attained age and the previous years account balance.
The payment schedule is provided on for illustrative purposes.2004-05-25 07:12, By: Gfw, IP: [172.16.1.71]
