L1: 72T WithdrawalI presently have an annuity in place under the Section 72T guidelines and receive a monthly payment. Can any other withdrawals be madefrom my annuity and still keep the monthly payments intact without effecting the section 72t. The annuity was set up under the annuitization calculation factor. 2005-05-03 16:47, By: Jan, IP: [68.252.27.109]
L2: 72T WithdrawalNot really. Taking extra payments would bust the SEPP. Try and find another source of funds.2005-05-03 17:41, By: Gfw, IP: [172.16.1.70]

L2: 72T WithdrawalI presently have a 72T active at an annuity that is maturing and am considering transfering to another active IRA account that I am not taking a distribution from, I will continue same amount I was taking on my distribution at new company. Is this considered a violation?2005-08-17 11:10, By: Sall, IP: [68.126.41.243]

If both IRAs were used to establish the SEPP, then there should be no problem. However, if you only used the annuity IRA to establish the SEPP, then combining the two accounts would ‘bust’ the SEPP.2005-08-17 11:21, By: Gfw, IP: [172.16.1.71]
