L1: Fyi… Interest Rates
The Treasury has changed how and where they post daily treasury yield rates. The result is that we have to write some new code to read the new format. Until the new code is activated, the daily Treasury rates and the estimated SEPP rates won’t be updated.
Unfortunately, we don’t currently have time… we are in the process of moving from Chicago to Seabrook Island SC.
As time permits, we will get the daily Treasury rates back up and running.

Both Chicago and IL are about broke, but just keep spending. More people are leaving the state than are moving in… future taxes have only one place to go and there may not be any one around to pay rising tax bills.

The house is about .7 mile from the ocean, but also well protected. If comes with hurricane shutters and a gas generator to ensure power.
Things could always change, but no water: 1) 1989 Hugo; 2) 2015 1000 Year Flood; 3) 2016 Mathew; and 4) 2017 Irma.
And would you believe, as of today, Treasury again started feeding rates to the service that we were using to get rates for our website.
