72t Withdrawls From Company-Sponsored 401K

L1: 72t Withdrawls From Company-Sponsored 401KAll,Thanks in advance for you feedback on this issue:I am 52, retired, and still have my company-sponsored 401K that is currently managed by Fidelity NetBenefits. The Fidelity Retirement Center “claims” they can set up and administer 72t withdrawls directly from this 401k “without” the need to rollover funds to a traditional IRA. Is this permissible under the current IRA regulations? Pleazse advise.Best regards,gus825702002-06-26 22:32, By: gus82570, IP: [127.0.0.1]
L2: 72t Withdrawls From Company-Sponsored 401KCertainly, the ability to take early withdrawals w/o penalty are afforded to all “deferred assets” housed in IRAs as well as all 401-416 plans meaning 401(a), 401(k) & 403(b) plans.TheBadger2002-06-27 07:45, By: Thebadger, IP: [127.0.0.1]
