early withdrawl exception

L1: early withdrawl exceptionI am receiving a retirement incentivebased on my unused sick days. By contractual agreement the money is deposited into my 403b account. A summary of the exceptions to the 10% penalty can be found in the left menu. To be totally honest, I”ve never heard of the one that you are suggesting.
