2002-62 @ 56 months

L1: 2002-62 @ 56 months
Gfw:
I did use the calculator and everything checks out to be able to modify in May of this year but I am getting a message from you that I cannot use 2002-62 for my finally three months. I thought you could do a one time change from 89-25 to 2002-62? Are you saying I cannot make any change till the 60 months are up?
If that”s so how does one take advantage of Rev Rul 2002-62?
I”m really trying to take as little out of my IRA this year to reduce my taxes. Thanx again.2003-02-17 15:03, By: Gary, IP: [127.0.0.1]

L2: 2002-62 @ 56 monthsMy only concern was that you kept saying 60 months – and I”ve seen many times when the 5 year part of a SEPP is misintrepreted. Changing to Rev.Rul. 2002-62 for the balance of the original SEPP shouldn”t be a problem.
