FAQs and PLR listing

L1: FAQs and PLR listingFirst off, the links do not work for me for the recent posting on the main page for PLRs of Interest,i.e. when I pick on one of the links they do not work.
I was going thru the FAQ and saw this:
Q. Can I vary the plan payments by my account balance? A. 2002-62 Only allows recalculation of the account balance under the Minimum Distribution method.
That is not true anymore, is it? I thought the PLR Bill obtained on 5/12/04 allowed recalculation based on account balance again.

It is true that annual recalculation is now allowed using the amortization or annuitizationmethod basede on three PLRs issued. Not sure which FAQs you were looking at.
I also noticed that the links to PLRs does not work; but I do know that if you go to legalbitstream and enter the PLR number it will retreive.
