2 additional SEPP/72t questions

L1: 2 additional SEPP/72t questionsI thought of 2 more questions:
1. If I implement an SEPP now, at age 54 1/2 can I effectively “turn it off” and withdraw without restrictions after age 59 1/2 ?
2. Are there any rules about when an SEPP can be implemented? Ie – can I take retirement now and implement an SEPP at some future date (in a year or two) if I find I need the money due to not being able to find alternate work?
Thanks!
