Mulitple calculations methods used simaltaneously

L1: Mulitple calculations methods used simaltaneouslyI have looked through the 72t universe of documents that addresses whether or not you can have seperate IRA”s distributing under different methods, i.e. one IRA distributing using annuitization and another using RMD. Would appreciate any feedback on the validity of this. (and where is it addressed in the “official documentation”).2007-01-12 06:00, By: ellgee, IP: [24.227.118.122]
L2: Mulitple calculations methods used simaltaneouslyYou can”t have one SEPP using multiple calculation methods, but you can have multiple SEPPs that each use a different calculation method.
If you try to set up multiple SEPP plans in the same year, be preared to justify that they are indeed seperate plans with really good documentation.
It would probably be easier to start the SEPP plans in multiple years – for example one this year and a second using totally different IRA accounts next year.
It is all in the planning.2007-01-12 09:51, By: Gfw, IP: [74.136.109.63]
