lifetime tables in 2002-62.

L1: lifetime tables in 2002-62.Unless I’m misinterpreting thetable in Appendix Ain 2002-62,itis very different than other tables.
I’m 49 and it says that I’ll live another 47.5 years. The Annuity 2003 shows 35.1 and the UP1984 shows 27.7.
What am I missing? I just don’t want to use the wrong table and be SOL.

L2: lifetime tables in 2002-62.Use our calculators and enter a beneficiary 10 years younger and you’ll match theIRS table (47.5 years).
You can also use the single life expectancy factors (35.1) or the actual joint factor calculated by using your actual beneficiary.
Most commonly used factor is the single life factor. The UP1984 can’t be used for new 72(t) calculations.
