L2: calculating rmdYou can”t actually stop the distributions, but what yiu can do is make a switch to the RMD method using the post-2002 guidelines. In our website, look on the ledt menu for 72t Calculator. If you make the change this year, use your age this year. If you make the change next year, you”ll both be one year older.Also look at using a beneficiary age 10 years younger that IRA owner”s age – that will then use the Uniform Table which is also allowed.
