L1: Payment Modification Date CalculatorQuestion about the results from the “Payment Modification Date Calculator”I entered the following data:Date of Birth- 3/29/1947Date of First Payment- 2/1/2002The result of the calculation indicated the “5-Year Period Ends” on 1/31/2008 with a “First Payment Modification Date” of 2/1/2008. If my math is correct the time frame from 2/1/2002 to 2/1/2008 is 72 months not 60 months(5 years).
