72-T Change After A Divorce

L1: 72-T Change After A DivorceWhat happens if you start out a 72-T married and then you want to use your one time change right after a divorce? Use the single life table?2004-04-07 13:28, By: Andy, IP: [207.98.195.39]
L2: 72-T Change After A DivorceThe one-time change to the RMD method has nothing to with divorce; it is available to everyone essentially at anytime. Divorce situations raise some additional planning opportunities.
