Establish a SEPP

L1: Establish a SEPPI am a retired Public Safety employee who was able to retire at age 45. My DROP account is in the form of an IRA. I now am 51 years old. Must I set up a SEPP to withdraw from this account without the 10% or if I wait to55 can I then. My plan administrator says that Public Safety employees can at age 55, but I think the rules only apply to separation after 50 years old.
