The answer is both Yes and No. When we refer to the Annuity 2003 table we are referring to the raw mortality (published as lx factors in 2002-62)- the number of people living and dying at any age.
Over Simplified… Using the Annuity 2003 table, you can construct the Uniform Life Expectancy table (or the single life expectancy table or the joint life expectancy table) as published in 2002-62. The Uniform Life Expectancy table is constructed assuming an Owner age ‘X’ and the beneficiary age ‘X-10’. It assumes joint calculations.
