Other Permitted Withdrawals from SEPP Plan

L1: Other Permitted Withdrawals from SEPP PlanAssuming I start a SEPP plan from one of my IRA’s, am I permitted to make other exempt withdrawals from the same IRA? For example, 72t permits withdrawals for certain health payments and education expenses. Assuming it’s a permitted non-penalty IRA withdrawal, can I take it from the same IRA I’m using for the SEPP? Thanks.2010-01-09 23:36, By: TBMC, IP: [173.75.234.83]
L2: Other Permitted Withdrawals from SEPP PlanCan you take other withdrawals in addition to normal SEPP distributions? Start by reading this article. Then consider the possibility that you could be the next test case. The better alternative (if at all possible)is to leave funds outside the SEPPand use those accounts to look for the other (non-SEPP)exclusions.2010-01-09 23:57, By: Gfw, IP: [216.80.125.206]
