pre-59 1/2 roth w/d affect SEPP / 72t ?

L1: pre-59 1/2 roth w/d affect SEPP / 72t ?I converted $10,000 from my Traditional IRA to a ROTH seven years ago, paying taxes that year on the conversion.
3 years ago, I started a SEPP/72t from a portion of my Traditional IRA, leaving one IRA account out of the SEPP as an emergency backup.
I”m 56 years old now & need to know 2 things: 1) Can I withdraw the $10,000 principal only from my ROTH without busting my SEPP?
2) Can I also tap into the backup Traditional IRA account without busting the 72t, paying only the 10% early withdrawal penalty & taxes on the backup / non-SEPP withdrawal?
Thanks for your help!
