L1: RatesDo you see the rate used going up this summer? What might we see in the next 6 months?

L2: RatesNo one can predict where rates are going – anyone who says thay can predict where rates will be in 6 days (much less 6 months)probably isn’t worth listening to.
But then, I’ll make a prediction – I’ll bet they have a 50% chance of going up and/or a 50% change of going down – Even with this safe bet, I could still lose if they stay the same.
