transferring an SEPP that is currently in a 401k t

L1: transferring an SEPP that is currently in a 401k tMy client is age 54 and has been doing an SEPP out of her 401k plan for 3 years. She would like to do a Direct Rollover of these assets into an IRA and just continue the SEPP in the IRA. Can this be done or would this be considered to be a modification of the SEPP?2003-02-05 15:46, By: Greg, IP: [127.0.0.1]
L2: transferring an SEPP that is currently in a 401k tHello Greg:
Moving the assets from a 401(k) plan to a rollover IRA is perfectly acceptable and does nto constitute a modification.
