cost to bust

L1: cost to bustI am looking at an SEPP for my wife and have been using your calculators. My question is, what is the “cost to bust” that I see in the calculations. It appears to be 120% of annual estimated amount divided by 12 but beyond that I don”t know its importance.2006-04-19 10:59, By: earlyout, IP: [198.97.67.56]
L2: cost to bustIt is an estimate as to what you would owe if for some reason you ”busted” the SEPP. It is equal to te 10% penalty on all previous distributions plus interest due onpenalties that should have been paid and were not paid – the definition is found in the help file.2006-04-19 11:04, By: Gfw, IP: [172.16.1.73]
