L1: retirement annuity while workingI am on severance until Dec 13 and so an “active” employee. I am 56. The company terminated the pension plan and replaced it with an annuity with the first distribution starting Nov 25. I suspect I will be hit with a 10% penalty but will the penalty go away after Dec 13?
