L1: Disability and busting 72tI was part of a RIF in 1997 and took all monies into an IRA. January 1998 started SEPP. Busted 72t in 1999 and 2000 and paid all charges via an amended 1998 return and penalty with each of 1999 and 2000’s returns. In October of 2000 applied for SSA disability and received it July 2002. The SSA Judge put the disability “onset date” or when the disability started was October 1997. For what years can I ammend my taxes in order to claim the disabled exception?
