L1: Last distribution paymentOn 8/01/05 I willreceive my 60th Distribution (5years) . On 8/03/05 I will be 59 1/2 .(Born 02/03/46 . Have I satisfied the IRS rules. Can I ,on 8/5/05 take whatever amount that I want ?Or do I have to take another distribution on 91/05? You are fine; start taking whatever additional distributions you like on 8/5/05. Actually, the rule for completing a SEPP plan is the reverse of what you read — NO additional distributions may be taken before the end of the SEPP plan; in oyur case on 8/3/05.
